Dawn Wheeler has over 15 years experience in the brokerage and investment banking sectors where she has been actively involved in advising institutional and high net worth individuals and venture capital firms. Dawn is a Partner at Pacificwave Partners an advisory firm to both Public and Private Emerging Growth Companies assisting them with their Capital raises, US Listing and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Prior to Pacificwave she was a Vice President of Investments at Piper Jaffray a spin-off from US Bancorp focusing on the high tech sector of the markets both on the Public and Private sides. She is originally from London where she received her B. A in Political Science from Newcastle England.
