Elissa Wellikson has been an attorney for over 30 years, demonstrating a strong business orientation while providing advice on complex legal issues for a variety of high technology and other early stage companies, while serving as general counsel or principle legal advisor.

Elissa has established and managed strategic relationships for major business opportunities and joint ventures, including all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and investment activity and debt and equity offerings. She has experience with drafting and negotiating a wide range of transactional and strategic agreement. She has managed intellectual property; supported corporate communications; and performed corporate governance, including acting as Secretary to Board of Directors. She has advised human resources on policies, compensation programs, and disciplinary, benefits and regulatory matters. Elissa has managed dispute resolutions, including commercial, intellectual property and employment matters. She has managed stock administration and developed sales programs and managed process improvement to streamline operations and increase opportunities for success.

Elissa received her Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law and her B.S. from Penn State University. She began her legal career in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
