Mr. Lemma brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience to Clear Vision Advisors. Most recently, Mr. Lemma served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of ALCiS Health, Inc. At ALCiS, Mr. Lemma executed multiple financings totaling approximately $12 million including a $3 million common stock offering contingent upon a merger with a public entity. Prior to joining ALCiS, Mr. Lemma served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller of Magellan Navigation, Inc. (Formerly Thales Navigation, Inc.), a multi-national manufacturer in the Global Positioning System (GPS) industry from October 2001 to November 2004. Previously, Mr. Lemma held senior positions at Onvantage, Inc., Pets.com, Inc. and founded a successful local C.P.A. firm. Mr. Lemma started his career at Ernst & Young. Mr. Lemma holds a B.S. in Commerce — Accounting from Santa Clara University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in California.
