Amy Beth Hansman is an expert at helping organizations survive with their current cash reserves through any business climate while bringing them to the next level.  She provides consultants to assist companies with the day to day tactical responsibilities of the finance department as well as to provide executive level strategic problem solving, analysis and execution.  Sound financial business practices and planning are essential to maximize profitability.  In addition, visibility into finance and operations is a key factor in reaching and maintaining profitability goals.  Amy Beth is an innovative, energetic leader with experience resolving issues for clients considering the operational and financial impacts while positively affecting their bottom line.  She focuses, not only on the strategic concepts, but also on the tactical implementation of the necessary financial infrastructure for early stage businesses to survive in these tough economic times. 

Amy Beth is a CPA and was recently CFO of a public company that provided software and hardware network security solutions.  Furthermore, she has been involved in many industries including high tech, software, manufacturing, broadcasting, and telecommunications.  She began her career in public accounting with KPMG in NYC where she had a mix of public, private and nonprofit clients.  Her clients were concentrated in the emerging business sector that were positioning themselves for IPOs or were recently public.  She is passionate about start ups and spent the majority of her career drawing on her vast experience to bring them to the next level.  Highlights of her career include growing start up, international finance departments into fully functional teams during rapid, significant growth; managing cash burn to sustain operations; raising $35M in capital; preparing companies for IPOs; laying infrastructure for finance departments; restructuring debt; managing and integrating acquisitions; assembling finance departments; and collaborating on strategic planning.  Her expertise allows her to understand the issues faced by businesses today and to provide invaluable insight on identifying efficiencies, reducing costs and maximizing profitability.
