Bart Charlow is a seasoned health and human services CEO, who manages and consults in the non-profit, business, health care and human relations markets.  He is also a practicing Licensed Marriage, Family & Child Therapist.

He combines business experience with a depth of psychological and inter-cultural knowledge, providing both technical expertise and insight about human behavior so vital to growing an organization. His career activities have spanned diverse fields, including business administration, education, research, audio-visual media and information technology.

Bart understands the needs of developing organizations from the ground up and is adept at translating the larger market and systems issues into practical solutions. He consults in: Strategic Plan & Systems Development, PR, Strategic Marketing, Organizational and Diversity Management, and Succession Planning.

His Management Consulting has resulted in rescuing a major bank Customer Relations Management marketing system involving hardware, software, training and call center functions. He was integral in creating a pioneering multi-dimensional psychological assessment instrument for mental health systems. As Programmer and Network Administrator he created and implemented a NOVELL/X-base database system incorporating: billing, scheduling, financials, statistical and outcome evaluation. His expertise extends to technical proficiency in: digital media (including Web and graphic design, software development, GIS), statistics & research methodology, demographic & market analysis
