Kirsten Chapman is key member of the Lippert/Heilshorn team. Since joining LHA in 1999, Ms Chapman has assumed increasing roles of responsibility and began managing the San Francisco team in 2004. Prior to LHA, she served as the Head of Investor Relations at Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. While responsible for all investor relation’s activities, she focused on creating and disseminating a consistent company message and targeting and managing institutional investors.
Preceding her work at Glenborough, Ms. Chapman was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Investment Management where she spent eight years. Her various duties grew from serving as a financial analyst and controlling three commingled pension funds to building an automated asset management system, maintaining client relationships, and developing new business and products.
Ms. Chapman has served on the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) San Francisco board. She received her Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University and her MBA from Fordham University.
