Phil is the Director of Investor Relations for Denver-based Cirrus Financial Communications. He has over 10 years of Investor Relations and Wall Street experience with firms that have included Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan. In his role as Director of IR for Cirrus, Phil provides first rate counsel, communications strategies, and capital markets advisory to public and non-public companies. Through aggressive marketing campaigns, Cirrus looks to drive awareness of its clients to its extensive network of investor relationships that includes sell-side analysts, portfolio managers, private equity investors, hedge fund managers, institutional brokers, investment bankers and retail stockbrokers. Phil holds a BA in Political Science from Kent State University.
