Luca has spent over ten years practicing public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Europe and San Jose, CA. He provides extensive reporting expertise in mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, initial public offerings, and secondary offerings.
Luca’s experience also involves project management and coordination of large international audit teams at multiple locations. He is also well-versed in Sarbanes-Oxley and AS5 implementation.
