Mr. Amirault is a graduate engineer and a licensed attorney with over 39 years industrial experience in company management and operations, and more than 17 years international business experience focused mainly in Asia. Don was the general manager of a Taiwan manufacturing company for more than 5 years, and has extensive experience in technical development, production, quality, procurement, and project management.
Don pursued his law degree late in his career and advises clients on general business matters and the intricacies of doing business in Asia whether purchasing, establishing ventures, or selling products in the Asian markets.
Don has been a guest speaker at forums discussing Asian business and legal aspects of doing business in China.
Don's business activities focus on a client's structure and operations to reduce waste, streamline operations, improve procurement, and increase enterprise value. Finding and creating solutions to get new, and keep existing customers to increase revenues.
Don is a graduate of both Akron University and Cleveland State College of Law.
